Ben Miller is the President and CEO of OnRoc Homes and Clover Group Inc., bringing together a U.S. Coast Guard background and more than 25 years of construction experience. Since 1998, he has led and delivered projects ranging from $400k homes to multimillion-dollar builds, including numerous new homes in the Hampstead area.

At OnRoc Homes, Ben oversees executive operations, guides project strategy, and works closely with contractors and trade partners to ensure every home is built with discipline, integrity, and attention to detail. 

His military-honed leadership and hands-on construction expertise drive OnRoc’s mission: to deliver well-built, thoughtfully designed homes that exceed expectations and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Jeremiah Miller is the Vice President of OnRoc Homes, bringing more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, and oceanfront construction. His background includes supervising multimillion-dollar coastal projects with Monteith Construction and building and operating numerous restaurants in Columbus, Ohio—experience that sharpened his skills in customer service, operations, and project management.

At OnRoc Homes, Jeremiah oversees job sites and daily field operations, ensuring every project runs efficiently and meets the company’s standards for quality and craftsmanship. 

As the founder of Big Blu World, a nonprofit focused on sustainable building practices, he also helps guide OnRoc’s commitment to environmentally responsible construction and long-term community impact.
